Good morning,
I am super excited that so many people have signed up for the 8PM No Action Club!
I have also received a number of similar questions about the program and I thought you might have those questions too.
What is the 8PM No Action Club and why is it called that?
One of the questions I receive all the time is: "What is the best way to use tapping to unwind at the end of the day?" Over the course of four sessions I will teach you four different ways to end your day. These tools will help you to release stress and feel calmer, and to get a better night's rest.
Many of the tools can be used to bring calm at any point in the day. The tool that I will be teaching on Tuesday is perfect for the end of the day, and also a great way to end your work day.
The reason it is called the 8PM No Action Club is because last year I offered a series of classes called the 5AM Action Club where I taught people how I used tapping to start the day and take consistent action. In that class a number of people asked for tools they could use at the end of the day, and a
friend of mine made the suggestion that it should be called the No Action Club.
What if I can't make it live? Will it be recorded?
Yes, you will receive access to both video and audio versions of the presentations. I will upload the files right after each daily session so that you will be able to access them right away.
What if I don't want to listen to a 25-minute class and just want to use the tools before I go to bed?
In addition to instructional audios and videos, you will also get access to an mp3 of each tool. This will allow you to tap along with me as a way of relaxing without listening to the teaching about the tool, or the Q&A at the end of the class.
What if I am more the reading type and I don't like audio or video?
Good news! In addition to the audios and video you will receive written instruction for each of the tools.
What if I can't make it every day? Will I miss something?
In each session I will teach standalone tools that can be learned in any order, so it won't matter which one you try first.
I really hope you can join us next week (or on the recordings at your leisure)! It's going to be a fun group process and I'm excited to teach these tools that I love and use all the time on myself and with clients.
You can sign up here: https://tools.tappingqanda.com/8pm-signup
All four nights of training, plus the recordings, will cost you only $27!
If you have any other questions, just reply to this note and I will get right back to you.
