Good morning,
A number of years ago I was visiting my friend "Mike" and his family.
Mike asked his youngest son, who was about five at the time, to tidy his room before dinner.
His son replied, in the most overwrought and dramatic voice possible, "But whyyyyyyyyyyyy? I am just going to make it messy again!"
I can relate!
There are SO MANY tasks on my to-do list that I dislike doing and there are even some that I despise.
Much like our five year-old friend's conundrum, many of those tasks will need to be done again and
again.
In this week's podcast, I share some simple ways you can clear your resistance to doing the tasks you loathe.
Unfortunately, I can't promise that tapping will make those tasks enjoyable, but you will get more done and you won't
have those dreaded tasks hanging over you any longer.
I'm sure you have had the experience of dreading and avoiding a task of some sort, only to feel relieved when it is finally done.
If you follow these steps, you will move to the
"relieved when it is finally done" step much more quickly!

This approach is so useful
that I use tapping for hated household tasks as the demo in all my introduction to tapping classes.
I'm sure there is something you are avoiding. Release the emotional agitation, get more done, and (most importantly) get on with your day without it hanging over your head.
This is simple, but it is such a useful form of tapping that you should check it out right now,
Gene
PS: Yesterday, during the Wednesday
live stream (did you know I do a FREE live stream every Wednesday on YouTube?) I talked about five simple things you can do to supercharge each round of tapping. You can watch the replay here: link
