Good morning,
As you know, I love podcasts, and there are two main reasons for that.
First, an interview with a guest is a quick and easy way to learn powerful information from someone you might not normally hear from. Most people couldn't write an article in the time it takes to have a 30-minute conversation with me.
Podcast interviews mean more great information with less effort.
Second, I'm dyslexic. That means I read more slowly and with a lower comprehension level than most people I know. Learning through audio is way easier for me.
Just because it is right for me, doesn't mean it is right for everyone.
I have heard from many of you that you prefer reading to listening. To that end, starting July 3rd, every Friday I am going to post a transcription of a past interview I have done for the podcast.
A few notes about this:
- This is only possible because of the amazing supporters of the podcast. Huge thanks to them for their generous monthly support. (You can be a supporter too!)
- The way we write and the way we talk is different. The transcript of an interview will be much looser than a well-written article. The text will be cleaned up for clarity, but these transcripts will not be edited to the same level as an article.
As you read this, I imagine you're either feeling pleased or indifferent. I don't want to clog up your inbox with unwanted emails, so if you would like to receive an email notification every time a new transcript is posted to the site, just click the following link.
> > Yes! I want updates on transcripts! < <
You will only receive extra emails on the days a new transcript becomes available.
And if you sign up for these notifications, you can stop them any time.
Let me know if you have questions by replying to this email,
Gene
