Good morning,

These last few weeks have felt raw and emotional here in the US, and in many other countries around the world. The murder of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and others, as well as the ongoing protests at centuries of racial injustice have galvinized many to speak truth more forcefully in their daily lives.

My friend J Nycole Ralph was struggling to make sense of her emotions. As a black woman, she was grieving another murder of a black man and trying to find the best way to show up in the world as an agent of positive change.

This led her to develop The CREATE Method. CREATE is a simple way of understanding our emotions, processing and healing our wounds, and then moving us to take powerful and useful action.

J Nycole published a short Facebook post about the process and I knew right away I wanted to share it with you.

In this week's podcast we walk through her method step by step and talk about how you can use it with your tapping practice. We also cover how you can use this method for any emotion you are dealing with, not just current issues.

I know podcasts are easy to listen to when we are doing something else, like housework. I encourage you to give this one your full attention.

As a person who has helped clients for well over a decade in processing and healing their emotions, I have learned from J Nycole and will be implementing this process going forward.

You can learn the method here: http://tappingqanda.com/466

I would love to hear your thoughts on this process,

Gene
