Good morning,

I always appreciate the willingness of my clients to be honest with me in our sessions.

It's not that I am worried that my clients will lie to me, but instead I would understand how they might not want to admit to me the actions and thoughts of which they are less than proud. This willingness to be honest makes it easier for us to create greater transformation.

What I hear more than anything else is the caustic and toxic self-talk that persists in my clients' heads. The way that the self-talk

  • beats them up
  • tells them how they failed in the past
  • tells them why they are going to fail now
  • is sure they will never be able to have what they want

If you have a barrage of put downs constantly running in your mind, it makes sense that you would stop taking action or only take action in small, safe ways.

This is a clear recipe for not having the life you want.

In this week's podcast I explain why this happens AND, most importantly, how to stop it. In addition to the tap-along audio in the podcast I have also provided a downloadable pdf of the tapping script.

If you aren't taking actions you know you want to take, or you aren't taking them with the confidence you would like, then this is essential tapping for you.

You could print out the pdf and tap to it every morning for the next few days. You will find it so much easier to take action!

Let me know how it works for you,

Gene
