Happy Monday,
I hope you have been paying attention to the podcast in the last couple of months. If you have been listening, you will have received a free masterclass in tapping and transformation over the course of four interviews.
In episode 469 Jondi Whitis taught us how to use tapping for emotional first aid. This is ideal in those situations when you need to support someone who is feeling completely overwhelmed to bring them gently and safely back to the moment. Most people overcomplicate tapping when using it in the moment of distress and this will ensure you can be helpful on the spot. Emotional first aid is particularly effective when tapping with
children.
In episode 472 Nancy Forest taught us how to tap when we don't know what to tap for or are struggling to find the words to use. From my own experience with clients I know that even if they know how to tap, they won't do so if they don't know exactly what to tap for. Following Nancy's straightforward advice will ensure you're using tapping when you need it.
In episode 471 David Feinstein explained how and why we know that tapping works. With this understanding you'll be better equipped to share tapping with others AND you will be able to achieve better results from your tapping.
In episode 473 Mark Wolynn taught us the difference between attachment trauma (trauma from our lived experience) and generational trauma (trauma inherited through our DNA). If you are trying to tap on a generational trauma without recognizing it for what it is, it will be practically impossible to get results with tapping because you are tapping on the wrong thing. In this podcast Mark explains how to identify a generational trauma and then
how to clear it.
And that's only scratching the surface of everything contained in the podcast archive. There are currently 475 episodes in the podcast library where you can learn from Mary Ayers, Dr. Peta Stapleton, Julie Schiffman, Brad Yates, Rick Hanson, Rick Wilkes, Carol Look, Steve Wells, and Jessica Ortner, just to name a few.
That is 208 hours 14 minutes and 24 seconds of education ready and waiting for you!
At the same time, as awesome as it is to have access to all that great learning, I realize it's a daunting amount of information to consume.
There is an easier way. I have put together a training that I am calling Mastering the Art of Delivery. In the training I will be teaching my participants how to move beyond the basics of tapping to get quicker, deeper, and longer-lasting results.
In the training I will teach the best of the best that I have learned from:
- Conducting podcast interviews with the brightest minds in tapping and change work over the last 11 years
- Attending hundreds of hours of training on tapping, hypnosis, NLP, and parts mediation
- Working with clients one-on-one for more than 12 years
Attending the Mastering the Art of Delivery training will give you the lessons I have learned from others and firsthand with my clients, all presented in a format that makes it easy to put to use immediately. This is true whether you are tapping with clients or tapping on your own issues.
The training takes place over a weekend and I'm offering it four different times, each designed to suit different time zones. That means that no matter where you are in the world, you will be able to take the class during your daylight hours.
If you use the coupon code "art" before midnight (eastern US) Saturday 16th August, you will receive 50% off the class.
You can find full details on the class here: http://MasteringTheArtOfDelivery.com
