Good morning,
Two weekends ago, as I was teaching the third installment of the Mastering the Art of Delivery training, I demonstrated the tool I use to end a round of tapping. The context of the tool is this...
When we are tapping on an issue it sometimes feels like it has been mostly cleared, but a little bit still remains.
This happens when the intensity is all the way down to a 1 or 2 OR where it doesn't feel like the issue is still there, but instead it seems like there is a shadow of the issue somewhere in the background.
When the intensity is this low, it's much harder to tap for the issue because it is difficult to come up with tapping phrases to focus on something that feels so small.
During the training I taught the participants what I do when I find myself in this situation. It wasn't a topic that I had planned to teach but it came up in a Q&A session.
One of the students asked if I would be willing to write up the process and share it so that they could reference it in the future. I realized I'd never created a resource teaching this particular technique, so wanted to share it with all of my website visitors as well as the training participants.
This week's podcast covers exactly what I promised the students of my training, a short teaching on how I deal with an issue that is a 2 or less on the SUDs scale. This is the perfect way to end a round of tapping.
The beautiful part about it is that it takes less than 30 seconds to do AND after you go through the instructions once you will have the tool mastered. It is really that simple.

I would love to hear how this works for you,
