If you tried to visit the Tapping Q & A website early this week I am guessing you were disappointed as I spent the first part of the week in technology hell.
The short version of this sorry tale is that my web and email server crashed, I was without a website or access to my emails for 72 hours, and I spent close to eight hours over three days on the phone with tech support.
I was in a foul mood. I had trouble focusing. AND what is much worse, I lashed out at someone in a very unkind way.
I hated how I felt over those three days and I am embarrassed at how I acted.
You might be thinking, "But Gene, if you were in such a foul mood, why didn't you just tap?"
That is a perfectly logical question and I have two answers. First, I did tap and it helped. In some moments it helped a lot. Second, at times I was so angry that all I could do was be angry.
Sometime during the morning of day three of my tech issues I recorded a few tap-along audios, which were raw and in the moment as I was dealing with all of this frustration.
This week I'm sharing three of those tap-alongs with you:
- dealing with everything going horribly wrong
- for the embarrassment of allowing my emotions to get the better of me
- how to calm down in the moment
As always, I have both audio and pdf versions of the tapping scripts so you can tap along to the audio or print out the script.
You can find them here: http://tappingqanda.com/484
As a side note, there was some good news. Even though my website was down, the podcast was still accessible. If you haven't done so already, you should subscribe to the podcast in your audio app of choice. That way, even if I have more major tech issues in the future (I really hope not), you can still access the show.
In podcast terms, subscribing is free. It's not like subscribing to Netflix where you have to pay a monthly subscription. When you subscribe you will receive a notification whenever a new episode comes out.
You can subscribe in: Apple | iPhone | Android | Google | Spotify | Pandora | Amazon Music
Or you can just search "Tapping Q and A" wherever you listen to audio.
Let me know if you have any questions about how to access the podcast,
Gene
