Good morning,
Even after doing almost 500 podcast episodes over the last eleven years, I love it that I can still be surprised by an interview.
That is exactly what happened when I recently interviewed my friend Gwyneth Moss about why we shouldn't always use words when we are tapping.
Over the last year or so I have been experimenting with tapping without using words, but in this conversation Gwyneth shared an idea that is so revolutionary—and at the same time so obvious—that it has changed the way I will teach tapping forever.
I know that statement sounds crazy and hyperbolic, but it is true.
What Gwyneth teaches will:
- help you to start tapping when you don't know what to say
- help you to clear issues in a less emotional way
- show you a better way to teach newbies how to tap
Over the course of the summer I have been lucky enough to share some of my favorite interviews of all time with you and this is certainly one to add to the list.

This idea will make your personal tapping practice so much easier and more effective because it will help you to tap more.
I would love to hear how the process works for you,
Gene
