One of the best posts that I have seen on social media recently read "My new favorite 4-letter word is 2020."
It created a real LOL moment.
There are no two ways about it, 2020 has been a hard year. Some days the emotional overwhelm is raw and right on the surface, while other times it is a low grade constant anxiety hanging out in the background.
This constant state of stress takes its toll on all of us. AND at a certain point we just hit an emotional and energetic wall.
It all becomes too much and we break down.
Since the beginning of March I have hit the wall three times. Life felt too much to deal with and I felt like I just couldn't cope.
