When people describe tapping they often mention how powerful it is for clearing limiting beliefs.
That is absolutely true!
The problem is that tapping for limiting beliefs can be tricky because the subconscious mind treats these beliefs as facts. To the subconscious there is no difference between the "the sun rises in the east and sets in the west" and "nobody will listen to me if I speak up."
Intellectually of course we know those are not the same, but when a belief is deeply seated in the subconscious mind it is treated as the truth.
The question then becomes how do we tap for something that the mind thinks is a fact?
