A few years ago I decided that I wanted to set up a system to help me to start my day with tapping every single day.
Once I'd figured out how I wanted to do this, I thought it would be useful to make that system available through a resource I ended up calling the Ruach Center.
The word ruach means approximately "breath of life" in Hebrew.
In hindsight, I could have chosen a more self-explanatory name for this project, but I am proud of its execution!
The way it works is once you join, you immediately receive access to all of the following:
- 249 tap-along audios
- written tapping scripts of each audio
- over 20 training audios covering some of my favorite tools
- a search tool to help you find exactly the right tapping script for your needs
- the ability to download all the audios so you can have access to them forever
The tap-along audios fall into three basic categories:
- How to take the action you want
- How to be more comfortable in your own skin
- Making sure your emotions don't get the better of you
In addition to the resources above, you can elect to receive a daily email reminding you to tap, with a link to a recommendation for a tapping audio and script that you might do that day.
Normally I charge $99 for six months of access to the program.
