Good morning,
Before we jump into this week's content I wanted to send a huge shout out and thank you to everyone who supported the raffle raising funds for Kiva.
As a community you raised a total of $980 and I matched that contribution, which meant that we were able to support 80 small businesses this month.
The businesses you supported were in Albania, Colombia, Congo, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mali, Moldova, Nigeria, Palestine, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Samoa, Senegal, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tonga, Uganda, United States, and Vietnam.
Thank you soooooo much for your generosity!
If you would like to see the specific businesses that were supported, or would like to join the Tapping Q & A community in supporting small businesses all over the world through Kiva, you can find all the details here: https://www.kiva.org/invitedto/tqa/by/gene5846
Now on to this week's free resources...
I'm sure you are aware that the fight or flight response is part of how we experience fear. In reality fight and flight are just two of the possible ways we can experience fear.
The five Fs of fear are fight, flight, freeze, fog, and flop.
Because fear impacts us in so many different ways, it’s possible to see how the feeling of distraction or persistent procrastination are really different flavors of fear.
This week’s podcast explores all the different flavors of fear, what each one means, how we can use the feeling to uncover what the fear is AND MOST IMPORTANTLY how to tap for that fear.
If you have tasks that you aren't crossing off your to-do list for days or weeks at a time, or you keep losing time by falling down YouTube and social media rabbit holes, then you must listen to this podcast.
