Good morning,
Sometimes I share a resource with you and I am certain you will love it. It might be something that I use all the time, I teach to my clients regularly, or both.
There are other times when I share something and I am not exactly sure how you will respond. It might be something that I find fascinating or useful, but I wonder if it is just something that works for me.
The note I sent you last week was one of those times. I shared a tool that is a departure from the "normal" way we tap and I wasn't sure if it would resonate.
Well, I was pleasantly surprised.
Here are just a few of the replies I received:
So much yawning and watery eyes! Surprising! A very releasing and relaxing tapping session. Thanks so much Gene!
This was definitely effective in bringing calm to some worries that bubbled up for me today. I love that you not only let your intuition direct you, but that you shared that experience with us, too.
Very helpful, thanks Gene! I was yawning after 1 minute as random but significant earlier life events passed before my “inner screen”. I am left feeling calm and most significantly with the deep sense of relief from aspects of self-criticism, shame, or fear that have accompanied certain memories.
Thank you, this was a wonderful change from regular tapping, I was yawning with watery eyes. I get stuck on the wording & in the heat of the moment I tend to forget to do, so I will be using this way more often. Thank you so much.
Instead of sharing a new resource with you this week I wanted to make sure you didn't miss this great tool.
You can find the slightly different approach to tapping here: http://tappingqanda.com/493
If you haven't checked it out, take a few minutes to tap along with the audio or written script. If you did listen to it last week, right now is the perfect time to listen again.
AND don't worry, next week I will have another free resource for you. It's a great interview with EFT Master Carol Look.
Happy New Year,
Gene
