Good morning,
When trying to get attention for your business and work it's important to stand out from the crowd.
One of the ways you can do this is by writing provocative and eye-catching email subject lines and article titles. Sometimes these are called "clickbait" because the attention-grabbing title serves as the enticement to get someone to click.
In the 13-year history of Tapping Q & A I think the most clickbait-y article title I have ever written is "The Great Visualization Hoax".
The article explores how it has been scientifically proven that if you ONLY envision yourself having the outcome you want, it will make you less likely to take action. AND if you are less likely to take action, then you won't achieve the outcome you desire.
Years later I still stand by the article and, to be honest, I still grin a little at the buttons I pushed with that over-the-top title.
I want to be clear, I believe visualization is a powerful tool. I use it regularly in my client sessions as an aid to healing and I use it daily when working on my own issues to help me to reach my goals.
BUT what is important is that I'm not just seeing the outcome. I am doing a number of other steps in the visualization.
By doing these other steps I am:
- Training myself to overcome obstacles
- Uncovering hidden resistance to taking action
- Revealing hidden resistance to success
- Discovering any hidden anxiety about how others will judge my action and my success
Given that it's the time of year when everyone is setting goals, I thought teaching this type of visualization would be the perfect topic for January's Art of Delivery Monthly.
The topic is: "Visualizations + Tapping = Action (which leads to success)"
If you aren't aware, Art of Delivery Monthly is a monthly training where I take you beyond the basics to getting the most out of your tapping. Each training includes instruction, an opportunity for you to try out the teaching with others in a small group setting, and the chance to ask me any questions you have about anything related to tapping. We
also end every training with group tapping on any topic that you would like to bring up.
This month the training will take place on Tuesday January 12th at 8 PM Eastern time and Sunday January 18th at 12 noon Eastern time.
For those of you who are already signed up, you will receive the Zoom details next Monday.
If you haven't already signed up and would like to, there are two ways to do it:
First, you can pay for just the January training. It is $37, which is an amazing bargain for a 90-minute training plus the recording. (Last month the session ran to one hour and fifty minutes to get to everyone's questions and tapping requests. It was so much fun!)
Or you can sign up for monthly billing. I run these training sessions on the second week of every month. By signing up for this option you are all set going forward. AND, most importantly, you can cancel any time. To sign up for monthly billing it is only $27 per month.
The most common question I have received is "Can I sign up for the monthly billing and then cancel after only one month?" The answer is absolutely yes! (So I would do that if you only wanted to attend the January class.)
When you sign up you can attend either the Tuesday training, the Sunday training, or you could even attend both! (I had a number of people do that last month and they found doing the exercise twice with others very helpful.)
You will also receive recordings of both training sessions, regardless which ones you attend.
Don't miss a chance to start 2021 off on the right foot. Not with some New Year resolutions that you are going to forget about by January 11th, but by learning a way to clear resistance and take action.
I know you are going to love this process!
