As you probably know by now, one of my favorite topics to talk about is why we sabotage ourselves and how to stop.
You might not know that one of my favorite people in the world to talk to about transformation with tapping is Dr. Peta Stapleton.
Peta is one of the leading researchers in the world on the efficacy of tapping. She has been a guest on my podcast many times (you can check out our past conversations here) AND she is the author of the brilliant book The Science Behind Tapping (which you should own).
In April I get the opportunity to put these two great things together when I lead a three-hour workshop called Why We Self-Sabotage and How To Eliminate It.
AND the workshop will be moderated by Peta.
