Good afternoon,
One of the questions I ask people when they join this mailing list is "How did you find out about Tapping Q & A?"
I ask this question for two reasons.
Practically, as a business owner, if I learn that a lot of people are finding my website the same way, then I know to double down on that marketing method for even greater reach.
It also helps me to learn more about you, my readers. The more I know about you, the easier it is for me to continue to create resources that you will find useful.
The answers to the question are usually one of two types:
- I have been tapping for a long time and I was searching for new tapping resources to grow my skill set
- I am brand new to tapping and am trying to learn as much as I can
Whether you are new to tapping or you have been tapping for decades, I think it is always good to spend a little time on the foundational pieces of tapping. Mastering the basics makes work on complicated issues so much easier.
To help you do exactly that I have two resources for you this week.
First, one of the most common questions I receive about tapping is "Which tapping point is best to use for which issue?" To help get to the bottom of this, I had my friend and acupuncturist Beth Kearns explain each tapping point through the lens of Chinese medicine.
You can hear her explanations here: http://tappingqanda.com/232
Second, I am often asked about the set-up phrase from the basic recipe of EFT, "Even though I have this [insert issue] I love and accept myself." People usually want to know if it has to be used and what to do if they don't feel like they love and accept themselves.
To help you to navigate the phrase I have a short article explaining my approach to the set-up phrase, how to get the most out of it, and when not to use it.
Read and learn about the set-up phrase: https://tappingqanda.com/i-cant-say
I would love to hear your thoughts on these concepts. Just hit reply to this note and let me know what you find useful and what you don't agree with. I love hearing other points of views and welcome the opportunity to learn that they provide.
Blessings,
Gene
