The best part of the work I get to do with clients is helping them to clear past issues so that they can take the actions they want to create a life they love.
The hardest part of my work is hearing from people who know in their heart of hearts who they want to be, how they'd like their life to be, know exactly what they need to do to get there...and then don't take the actions that are right for them.
AND I'm not talking about people who want something better or those trying to create something that would be nice to have. I'm talking about the people who long for change in their lives because they know the change is about who they are at their core.
There is a very human reason behind why we self-sabotage and hold ourselves back from reaching our full potential and becoming our true selves. It is rooted in our genetic heritage as a species and the deeply seated subconscious desire to be safe.
