When people ask me about tapping the first thing I usually share is my firsthand accounts. I talk about how tapping has helped me and how it has transformed the lives of my clients.
But that is just the first step in sharing tapping. The deeper we dive into tapping, the more curious we become about how it works.
The good news is that over the last two decades more and more research has been done on the effectiveness of tapping and the science behind it. David Feinstein has been one of the researchers leading this charge.
The problem is that academic research papers tend to be a little dry (which means looooooong and boring).
To make the research more accessible to non-scientists like you and me, David is producing a series of summary articles in which he shares the lessons from the research in a digestible way.
