Good morning,
When you think about it, the experience of being a human is kind of weird.
Sometimes I feel like a focused and single-minded human being, while at other times I feel the exact opposite. Victoria Cocieru, a contestant on one of my favorite guilty pleasure TV shows, Project Runway (US version), expressed it perfectly when she was struggling to decide on her design direction: “In my brain I
have a thousand little brains and they are fighting with each other.”
Not only do I sometimes feel like I am of two minds (or a thousand), at times I also feel completely disconnected from my body. As if my body is something separate with a mind of its own and I am at the mercy of its whims and needs.
When you feel disconnected from your body in this way it can feel as if your body has it out for you, like it is trying to undermine you, or that it's letting you down.
It doesn't have to feel this way!
In this week's podcast I share three key insights on how we can understand our bodies better and why our bodies function in the way that they do.
Most importantly I also talk about how you can use these insights as entry points into tapping for the issues you are struggling with.
It is a simple, step-by-step approach that will make it easier for you to know where to start with your tapping AND how to get more out of your tapping.
You can find the ideas and instructions here: https://tappingqanda.com/515
If you are struggling with an issue (physical or otherwise) that you just can't seem to transform and you're feeling overwhelmed, this is the perfect place to start.
I'd love to hear how it works for you,
Gene
