Good morning,
One of the fundamental principles that I work from is the idea that "the consequence of healing and transformation is thinking, feeling, and acting in new ways."
It is amazing to see the fruits of our tapping work show up in our daily lives.
At the same time, the people in our lives can be resistant to our change.
Most of our loved ones truly want us to experience transformation and for our lives to be better, BUT (and this is a big but) they want our lives to change as long as they don't have to.
It is just a fact that when we change, our relationships change too.
This week I have a simple tapping approach that you can take when you are getting resistance to your transformation from the people in your life.
You can tap along here: https://tappingqanda.com/dont-change
In addition, I have a super helpful resource from my friend Gwyneth Moss.
Tapping is great, but it is even better when you sit down to tap with the help of a solid plan. Here is Gwyneth's reflection on how to create a plan to ensure that you get more out of your tapping sessions.
Listen to Gwyneth's quick and simple process here: https://tappingqanda.com/134
I hope you find these tools helpful!
Blessings,
Gene
