Good morning,
One of my favorite uses for tapping is emotional first aid when you use it to feel better in the moment.
But we know that tapping can do so much more than that.
The problem is that going after deeper issues and creating lasting results can be more complicated than coming up with a single tapping phrase or a short tapping script.
This is where Rick Hanson comes in.
If you don't know Rick, he is the best selling author of Buddha's Brain, Resilient, and many more. His work and the way he thinks is a gift to everyone trying to create transformation in their lives.
Much of his work is about how we can change the way we think, feel, and act in a lasting way. Not just to feel better in the moment, but to be better consistently.
To help you take advantage of Rick's work I have two resources for you this week.
First, I have an interview with Rick, where he talks about the ways in which we can change our brains to create lasting change.
Second, I have instructions on how to apply Rick's ideas directly to tapping. It's not enough to understand a concept, we also need to know how to get the most out of it. That is why the second resource was created.
You can find the interview with Rick here: https://tappingqanda.com/349
You can find the application to tapping here: https://tappingqanda.com/350
If you are serious about creating change that lasts with your tapping, then these two resources are essential.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on them,
Gene
