Good afternoon,
As we know, tapping is a wonderful tool for making us feel better when we are emotionally down, clearing past traumas, and responding to physical aches and pains.
But that is not the only way that we can use tapping.
We can also use tapping to set ourselves up for success!
I regularly use tapping to set myself up for a productive day, I use it to lessen the toll on my body of doing something physically strenuous, and I use it to boost my creativity.
Tapping is a fabulous tool to set you up to be more creative!
Tapping for creativity means that we can:
- clear any worry we have about the outcome
- create space where we are more willing to stretch our creative thinking
- engage with the creative process in a less judgmental way
- make space to take an idea even further than what initially springs to mind
All of this means better solutions, more ideas, and a shorter creative process so that we arrive at the outcome we desire more quickly.
AND this isn't just for what we would think of as traditional creative endeavors like writing a book or creating an artwork.
I use this type of tapping when I have to write a difficult letter, decide how I want to spend my vacation, or how I am going to redecorate my apartment.
Tapping to enhance creativity is perfect for whenever you are trying to solve a problem of any sorts.
In August's Art of Delivery Monthly I am going to teach you how I tap to maximize my creativity. You will learn how to:
- Tap before a creative project
- Tap when you encounter a creative block
- Tap to be fully present to what you are working on
- Tap to allow your subconscious mind to solve problems in the background when you are not directly working on a project
