Some years ago I created a tool called the Set-Up Phrase Generator. It's a small piece of software on my website that can randomly produce over 2400 different tapping set-up phrases.
For those unfamiliar with what the set-up phrase is, when Gary Craig first started teaching EFT (his version of tapping that he called Emotional Freedom Techniques) he would have tappers start each round with "Even though I have this [issue], I love and accept myself."
Over the years there has been much discussion about how useful this set-up phrase is and when to use it.
