Good morning,
If there is one lesson that I have been reminded of in the last year and half it is that few things are certain in life.
We will always have to make choices with incomplete information AND there is no such thing as an absolutely certain outcome.
Perhaps I'm making a choice in which 90% of the time it works out in my favor. That means in one out of ten times, it does not. AND that one out of ten is impossible to predict.
I might do something just once and the time I do it is that one time out of ten it doesn't work.
This is particularly true when it comes to our health!
One on hand I am incredibly happy to be alive in 2021! There are many amazing medical advances that make staying fit and healthy possible.
At the same time, we still have incomplete information about how the human body works. The medical advice we receive from trusted sources is necessarily limited to what is known right now. Scientific advances might mean we will know significantly more next year and even more in ten years.
So even when we are doing what we think is best, there are still risks. The subconscious mind hates risk and its tactic for dealing with possible threats to our safety is to do nothing at all.
This week I have a tap-along audio and tapping script to help when you are trying to make the best choice in the face of uncertainty.
You can tap along here: https://tappingqanda.com/518
As a side note: This week's topic was suggested by a reader just like you. Let me know if there is a topic you would like me to cover in a future podcast just by replying to this note.
Have a great day,
Gene
PS: Don't forget that next week I am running a week-long class on tapping for your upper limit issues. Even if you can't attend live, you will receive audio and video recordings of the sessions so you can tap along when it works for you.
