I don't know if you have noticed, but for the last few weeks the podcast and and tapping scripts have had a specific focus.

They have been about taking care of yourself, which my friend Chris calls making "pro-you" choices.

One of the reasons I love my readers is because they are a thoughtful and caring group of people. I know that you want what is best in the world and you want what is best for the people around you.

Because of this you are often bad at making pro-you choices.

You are always putting everyone else first...and you feel guilty when you take care of yourself.

As the new year begins, it's the perfect time to commit to making more pro-you choices.

This week's installment will help you not to feel guilty when you choose to put yourself first and take care of yourself. As always, I have included a tap-along audio and a printable script.
