click display imagesGood morning,

A friend of mine, who is an actor and comedian, publishes a lifestyle newsletter.

When he first started publishing it, it was mostly a joke. He was jealous about all the attention people like Oprah and Gwyneth Paltrow were getting over their lifestyle brands.

But as time passed, he began to take it more seriously. In addition to announcing his upcoming shows and projects he started offering heartfelt advice about how to take care of yourself.

This week, inspired I think by the fact that he was sick in bed for three days, he advised skipping at least one holiday party, get-together or event. He wrote:

ALL SOCIAL PLANS ARE OPTIONAL. Especially HOLIDAY PARTIES. Everyone will understand if you can't make it. They probably won't even notice you're not there (sorry, narcissists!).

And if it's a one-on-one thing, that's OK too. Your friend will forgive you if you cancel. They will probably be relieved, too.

Instead, his advice was to stay in bed, eat soup, and read comic books. You can do whatever makes sense for you.

I am guessing you are having two emotions while reading this. First, you feel relieved and excited at the prospect. Second, you are feeling like you would be letting others down by doing this.

I have just the tapping for you!

This week's tap-along audio and printable tapping script will help with feeling bad about not showing up to a holiday commitment.

TAP ON THIS RIGHT NOW: http://tappingqanda.com/342

You will feel so much better in the short term AND you will feel healthier in the long term for making this positive choice.

Seriously, tap on these feelings right now (and thank me later),

Gene
