TappingQandA

Good morning,

When I first learned tapping, one of the ways that I used it was simply to close my eyes and tap through the points.

My focus wasn’t on any particular issue. I just let my thoughts come and go while I concentrated on my breathing.

At the time I knew that it felt good, but I didn't realize I was combining tapping with meditation. I now know that using these two practices together in an intentional way is a powerful tool.

Today I have for you three such tapping meditations put together by Jessica Ortner:

  1. Releasing Stress and Overwhelm
  2. Moving from Anger to Peace
  3. Releasing Anxiety and Worry

You can access them here: >> Listen now <<

Let me know which one you like best.

Have great Monday,

Gene

The summit is completely free for you to participate in. If you decide to purchase a digital copy of the full summit, I will receive an affiliate commission on that purchase. I wouldn't share this with you if I didn't think was worth your time. Check it out now: https://rd117.isrefer.com/go/2019-TWS-EMed-VS3/GeneM/
