click display imagesGood morning,

Last week I shared a great interview with Rick Hanson, a New York Times Bestselling Author. In the conversation we talked about the three basic needs we have as humans: safety, satisfaction, and connection.

Most of our choices, whether unconscious, subconscious or conscious, are based on meeting one of these three needs.

Healthy choices are rooted in grit, gratitude, and confidence, while poor choices are usually driven by some combination of fear, frustration, overwhelm, desperation, disconnection, and loneliness.

This week I have step-by-step instruction on (i) how to determine what our choices are rooted in, and (ii) based on that answer, how best to use tapping in the short term to feel better AND in the longer term so that we can consistently make healthy choices.

I suggest that you listen to this one a few times. The first time through I encourage you just to listen so you can get the big picture, and on the second time you should take notes so that you can put these easy tapping tools to use right away!
