We can all admit that tapping is a little weird. On some level it feels unreasonable that tapping on our bodies can produce physical and emotional healing and transformation.

Even though we know it works because of our own experience, it can be difficult to share tapping with skeptical friends and family members.

The good news is that there is research on tapping going back more than a decade. With each completed study, we are seeing proof for what we already know: tapping works!

My friend Dr. Peta Stapleton was and is one of the researchers on the leading edge of this research. On April 16th Hay House is publishing her latest book, The Science behind Tapping: A Proven Stress Management Technique for the Mind and Body.

I was lucky enough to get an advance copy of the book and it is amazing!

This week I have for you a conversation with Peta about the book, insights into the research that has been done, and how we can use this information to do a better job of sharing tapping with others.

If you want to share tapping with skeptics, this is essential information.

Enjoy,

Gene

PS: As I have stated before, my goal for this year is to get 3000 people to tap more regularly. That means we only need 9 people a day (#9aday) to start tapping, which should be easy enough to do if we work together. This sort of information will make it easier to get others to tap as well.

ALSO, if you think my goal of 3000 new tappers is small, take a look at the photo below. Imagine if every one of these seats were filled with tappers. The world would be a much better place for it! Share this podcast with a loved one to help us transform the world around us.
