click display imagesGood morning,

I have always been fascinated by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

If you are not familiar with CBT, it focuses on challenging and changing thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.

That sounds a lot like what we are trying to do with tapping.

This week I have a conversation Joan Kaylor who uses both approaches in her private practice with her clients. She compares and contrasts CBT with tapping and shares her experience with both.

Comparing tapping with a widely known treatment such as CBT can also be a good place to start a conversation when you are wanting to share tapping with others.

Listen to the conversation here: http://tappingqanda.com/357

I hope you find the conversation as useful as I did.

Blessings

Gene
