It goes without saying that I am a huge fan of tapping.
At the same time, I am not a tapping zealot who believes that tapping is the only or the best way to take care of our health and wellbeing.
There are many other tools and techniques out there that are just as effective. In some cases, depending on what you are working on, I have found some of these tools and techniques to be even more effective than tapping.
In this week's podcast my friend Kris Ferraro teaches three simple techniques that you need to have in your healing tool box. Kris shares how to:
- Fix polarity switching
- Calm the flight, fight, and freeze response in under 30 seconds
- Clear governing vessel issues
Since recording this interview I've been using the first and third tools to start my day and found them both highly effective. And I also recently used the second tool to calm over 300 middle schoolers for an presentation I was giving.
These tools are so simple that you will only need to listen to the audio once to master the techniques.
