One of the attributes that I appreciate in my clients is that they are good people.

As well as trying to improve their own lives, they strive to make the world a better place. They are sensitive to how their choices impact others and of the struggles of those around them.

Because of this, they are helpful, kind, and thoughtful.

AND sometimes the people in their lives take advantage of them.

I hear it from my clients all the time: "I think I'm too nice!"

In reality there is no such thing as being too nice, but kind, thoughtful people often have poor boundaries by putting the needs of others first ALL THE TIME!

Once we recognize that we are being "too nice" we may then worry that we will go to the opposite extreme and become heartless.

It doesn't have to be this way.

It is possible to be a kind, thoughtful, deliberate person without being a doormat...by maintaining healthy boundaries in our relationships.

This week I have for you a tap-along audio and tapping script for those times when you feel like you are being "too nice". Not only will it help you to stop feeling bad about how you act, it will also help you to create stronger boundaries.

It will take you less than five minutes to tap for this so you can start making better choices right away.

Let me know how it goes.

Gene

PS: This week's tap-along was inspired by an email from a reader just like you. If you have a topic or guest interview recommendation, please let me know by replying to this email.
