I have the most amazing clients. And I don't just say that. I truly do!

It is amazing the way they show up on our calls, willing to be honest and vulnerable about what is going on in their lives.

It is humbling to hear someone reveal their deepest fears - often fears they have never said out loud before.

I am so lucky to get to do this important work!

Over the last few months an issue has come up a number of times: my clients feel afraid to be their true, authentic selves.

You might be surprised at how common this is, particularly for those who, as children, moved to the beat of a different drum than the rest of their family, their community, or their peers.

In the day-to-day people find it hard to understand someone with a different world view to their own. And when we don't understand something, we can get defensive. So sometimes the majority fear those who are different, and those who are different find themselves on the outside.

When we learn early on that it isn't safe to express our authentic selves, we build up defense tactics to keep ourselves safe.

This week I have a tap-along audio and tapping script to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin, be your authentic self, and do it in a way that feels safe.

Don't worry, after tapping to this you won't be running through the streets screaming your truth to everyone you meet! BUT you will feel more comfortable being who you are, allowing you to make the choices that feel more aligned with your true self.

Let me know how it goes for you,
