Good morning,
One of the reasons I love teaching is because it allows me to find out what I believe.
I know that might sound a little odd, but it's true.
When I have to teach something, it forces me to think about what I do, how I do it, and why I am doing it that way because I need to be able to explain it to someone else. Having to think carefully through my processes and concepts in such a clear way makes me better at what I do.
It's one of the reasons I create so much free content.
Another way I learn is to listen back to the recordings of client sessions I have done. When I am working with a client I am responding instinctively in the moment. There is a give and take with what we are trying, constantly shifting the approach depending on how my clients respond to the tapping we are doing.
When I go back to the sessions, I can see the tools that work most effectively and the approaches that don't work as well. This all helps me to be a better practitioner.
A number of years ago I was on a flight from Los Angeles to Chicago and I ended up doing a tapping session with the woman who was sitting next to me.
When I reflected on the experience afterwards I was able to identify twelve lessons from tapping with a stranger on a flight.
This week I have for you those twelve lessons in both audio and article form.
These twelve lessons are easy to apply to your tapping, whether you are tapping for your own issues or tapping with someone else, and especially if you are teaching someone to tap for the first time.

I would love to hear which of these twelve is the most valuable to you.
I hope you have a great day,
Gene
