click display images Good morning,

A few weeks ago I was having a conversation with one of my clients who was feeling super frustrated.

He was frustrated at himself. He was frustrated that he didn't believe his hard work, both in and outside of our sessions, would result in positive change. No matter how hard he tried, no matter how much he tapped, no matter how many tools he learned, it was just never going to work out.

He knew it wasn't a rational thought, but having the thought was getting in the way. His doubt meant he wasn't tapping as much as he'd like because it felt like a waste of time.

That led to us having a conversation about the nature of fear.

After more than ten years of working with clients, it is my firm belief that if you aren't doing something that you want to be doing 99% of the time, fear is getting in the way.

In almost every client session I do, at some point we tap for fear.

Because this is the case, I have created a simple process to use at the beginning of your tapping sessions that will:

  • Help you to deal with your fear
  • Make it easier to tap
  • Find the root causes of your issues more quickly

The beautiful thing about this easy process is that after you listen to it just once, you will be able to use it for all of your tapping sessions. I also explain how to create a simple reminder to make sure you use the steps each time you tap.

Learn the 3 steps here: https://tappingqanda.com/398

I would love to hear how this process works for you.

Have a great day,

Gene
