click display images Good morning,

On October 20th I received the sad news that Dr. Pat Carrington had passed away the day before.

Pat was on the vanguard of healing and transformation. She was already writing scholarly articles on meditation and its health benefits in the 1970s AND she was one of the Founding EFT Masters. Where tapping is concerned, she might be best known for creating the "Choices Method".

If it weren't for Pat, you might not be reading this email today. She was one of the earliest champions of my work and her help over a decade ago meant that my website gained recognition in the world of tapping

Sadly, part of the human experience is death and the loss of our loved ones. When this happens, grief and sadness are natural responses.

Even though grief and sadness are natural feelings in these moments, at times they can feel overwhelming.

This week I have for you a tap-along audio and tapping script to help you cope with the loss of a loved one.

You can tap along here: http://tappingqanda.com/404

I hope this script and audio provide you some solace in a time of loss.

Blessings,

Gene

PS: It's not too late to join the 30-day tapping challenge! Every day in November I am releasing a free tap-along video. If you would like to receive a daily reminder with a link to the videos, all you need to do is >>> click here <<<
