Recently one of my clients "Paula" said to me:

"You must get so tired of working with me. We keep tapping on the same issue over and over again. I know you want to be working with clients who are making progress. This must be frustrating for you."

I certainly appreciate Paula's concern for me, but she was wrong.

Actually she was wrong on two counts.

First, she was wrong about me feeling frustrated. I love working with my clients, wherever they are in their healing process. I don't have an agenda as to what rate anyone should be healing.

Second, and most importantly, Paula's perception that she wasn't making progress was wrong: she had made huge strides since we started working together. BUT over the years I have observed that it's easy to miss the progress we are making because of the way healing happens.

When we can't see our progress it's easy to become frustrated, feel like we are wasting our time, and stop doing the work that really is working.

I don't want you to feel like that!

This week I have for you:

  • a short explanation for why we often don't recognize our own progress
  • two simple analogies to help you understand the healing process better
  • how adding two phrases to your tapping can make it easier for you to see the progress you are making

If you have ever felt like you were tapping on the same issue over and over again, this audio is a must.
