Good morning,

In the most general terms, the tapping I do with my clients falls into these three categories:

#1 The emotions they are feeling in the moment.

#2 Worry about something that is coming in the future.

#3 Beating themselves up for poor choices made in the past.

Yes, I know that is a gross oversimplification, but in the broadest terms, it's true.

I find that my clients are most interested in focusing on #1 and #2.

This makes sense. We don't want to focus on the bad choices we have made. Well, I don't know if that is why my clients avoid #3, but it is certainly the reason I avoid it.

This week I have a new way for you to look at and tap for the poor choices you may have made in the past.

I believe this is some of the most important tapping work we can do. If we are spending time, attention, and emotion reliving a past choice (and beating ourselves up for poor choices we have made as we relive them), then we will make poorer choices in the moment.

This is about cleaning up the past, healing past wounds, and being better now.

This is how to start your new year with a clean slate!

Let me know how the process works for you.

Blessings,

Gene
