In March of 2009 I launched the Tapping Q & A Podcast. It might be the single best professional decision I have ever made. I have learned so much about myself, tapping, and the healing process. I have also become friends with many of my guests and listeners like you.

The podcast has been downloaded well over 1.5 million times in over 150 countries. On some level it is mind-boggling to think it is something I started with a $19 microphone and free software on my computer.

As much as I love the podcast, it is not the easiest thing to produce. Between the recording, interviewing, editing, and publishing of the show I spend between three and five hours a week on the podcast. (That means I have spent over 3000 hours on just the podcast!)

Also, just because the podcast is free for you to download doesn't mean it is free for me. Between my time, administrative support, and hosting there are tangible costs for me to produce it.
