Good morning,

First off, I wanted to send a big thank you to everyone in the tapping community who has been creating tapping resources and also to everyone who has shared the resources with friends and loved ones.

Since emailing you the list of resources over the weekend there have been some updates to the resource page.

First, at the time of writing, there are over 30 free resources with more being added by the hour. If you know of a resource that isn't on the page, please let me know.

Second, I have started to group the resources by topic. We're now beginning to enter a phase of what I'd describe as a second wave of emotions. The first wave emotions are feelings of fear, stress, and overwhelm about what is going on.

Second wave emotions follow after the first shock, such as fear about our financial futures, feeling disconnected from others because we are staying home, sadness about missing important events that have been canceled, and the like.

I have already added a number of resources addressing these second wave emotional needs and I will be creating more over the next few days.

I know you are exhausted by all that is going on, but I encourage you to choose one of the resources on the list and do some tapping right now. We are starting to move past the initial shock. It is now time to start building emotional resilience to manage what unfolds over time in the best emotional state we can muster.
