Good afternoon,
I hope this finds you well. These are such hard times.
As we all navigate the 'new normal' and as I talk to my family, friends and clients, we are starting to move into what I am calling second wave emotions.
First wave emotions are those that you experience when a crisis first happens, such as shock, overwhelm, and fear.
Now that some time has passed and the initial shock is wearing off, we are recognizing that we are in for the long haul and we are starting to experience the second wave emotions.
Today I have seven tap-along audios for these second wave emotions. In the audios we tap for:
- Going stir-crazy
- Not having any personal space
- Feeling isolated and alone
- Mourning the loss of many activities we love
- Not feeling motivated to do anything
- Frustration with all the extra steps we have added to our daily routine
- Tired of everyone only wanting to talk about COVID-19
You can find the full audio (with time stamps so you can skip to the part you want) here: http://tappingqanda.com/441
ALSO, I am still adding new resources to the COVID-19 Tapping Resource Page. In addition to adding new links, the page has been reorganized into first and second wave emotions to make it easier to find the resource you need.
The full list can be found here: http://tappingqanda.com/covid19
If you come across any useful links, please pass them along to me.
Finally, there will still be moments when we slip back into first wave emotions. In the tap-along audio for first wave emotions I covered:
- Fear of the unknown
- Fear about how long this will last
- Fear for our most vulnerable loved ones
- Feeling like life is out of control
- Sorrow over the loss of normalcy
- The physical and emotional fatigue from the constant worry
- Worry about not having enough supplies
- Negative thoughts that are distracting us from our work and our creativity
You can find this audio here: http://tappingqanda.com/440
Let me know how I can be helpful,
Gene
PS: I am still offering 66% off the cost of one-on-one sessions. I know that not everyone can afford to work with me one-on-one, which is why I will continue to create free resources. If you do want to work one-on-one, you can sign up here: 60-Minute Session or 30-Minute Session
