I am guessing you are like me and your inbox is overflowing with COVID-19 related emails from every business under the sun.
I hope I am not adding to that overwhelm. My aim is to collate a list of as many free resources as possible to help you through these trying times.

Finally I am still offering one-on-one time over the next few weeks at a deep discount. I know not everyone can afford the chance to work with a practitioner one-on-one. That's why I plan to keep creating free resources in response to what is going on.

- You will be able to record the session so you can tap to it again and again.
- If you like, you can do a group session with your friends and loved ones instead of a one-on-one. We will all get together on Zoom to tap as a group. (This is also a great way to make it more affordable. The time costs the same regardless of the number of people on the call.)
