TappingQandA

Good afternoon,

You may or may not have noticed that since September 2019 I have been posting two podcasts every week, but I've only been talking about one in these email newsletters.

There are lots of uninteresting reasons for that, so I won't waste your time with them BUT I don't want you to miss out on this amazing free training resource and the tap-alongs.

To that end I would like to highlight my three favorites AND give you links to all twelve, so you can check out the ones that are most useful to you right now.

Tool: Talk About, Talk To, and Talk As If – This is my favorite tool after you learn the basics of tapping. It is a great tool to use when you have struggles with another person. It works for current relationships, ruptured relationships, and for relationships with people who are no longer in our lives.

Tapping To Leave Work Stress At Work – This tool was originally created for my sister who was working in a highly stressful job. It is particularly useful today for those whose home and work lives have blurred because of working from home.

Tapping To Create A Productive Day – Because many of us are working differently at the moment, we can't fall back on old patterns and previously established ways of doing things, making it harder to be productive. This tapping will help you have a more productive day.

Make sure you don't miss any of these extra Monday podcasts in the future by subscribing to the podcast!

Remember that subscribing to a podcast is free. There is no monthly fee like Netflix.

Here are the most common links to podcast subscription services:
