click display images Good morning,

Although I'm not generally a big fan of reality tv, I do really enjoy competition reality shows.

Some of my favorites are Top Chef, Great British Bake Off (or The Great British Baking Show, as it is called in North America), and Project Runway.

I love watching skilled people working under pressure to create something beautiful.

On this season of the American version of Project Runway there was a fantastic Moldovan contestant by the name of Victoria Cocieru. I just loooooooved her passion and fire!

Like many non-native English speakers, she spoke in a lyrical, poetic way, clearly communicating what she wanted, but in unique ways that native speakers wouldn't use.

Heading into the final challenge of the competition she was struggling to decide on which direction to take her designs. She said, "In my brain I have a thousand little brains and they are fighting with each other."

How beautiful and perfect is that?

I know exactly what that feels like, even if I never would have expressed it in that way.

This week's podcast includes a tap-along and tapping script for those times when you are of two minds (or one thousand little brains) and you are struggling to make a choice.

At this moment, I am guessing you are a lot like me, with mixed feelings about so many things in your life because of all that is going on in the world.

This tapping will help you to clear your head and allow you to think more clearly.

Let me know how it works for you,
