Good morning!
One the interesting things about willpower is the fact that it is a limited resource.
The longer the day goes on and the more difficult choices we make, the less willpower we have. This is why we generally make much better choices at the beginning of the day versus the end of the day.
With that being said, is it possible to tap for more willpower?
The answer is: no, yes, and sort of!
I know, that seems confusing.
Here is a simple way you can use tapping to ensure you have more willpower at the end of the day so you make better choices: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9798
I would love to hear your experience with increasing your own willpower.
As always, let me know how I can be helpful by replying to this note.

PS: I did a poor job last week explaining the conversation I had with Steve Wells. I went back and re-listened to it and I can tell you this: If you are looking for help taking actions that you know you need to take but can't seem to do it, you need to listen to this interview!
You can find the audio right here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9784
