TappingQandA

Good Morning!

On Tuesday night I met up with a friend and his co-workers for drinks.

It's always fun introducing myself to a group of people I haven’t met before because I know the question is coming. Maybe it's an American thing but for some reason whenever we meet someone new we always ask, "What do you do for a living?"

Even in a place as eclectic as New York City people have a hard time wrapping their heads around the fact that I tap for a living.

The questions that follow are usually, "How did you get started with that?" "What does it work on?" and "How does it work?"

The next thing I know I am doing a quick tapping demonstration in some swanky Manhattan bar during happy hour!

After the demonstration (and drawing a picture of tapping points on a bar napkin) one of my new friends asked, "So, is that all I need to know? Am I ready to do this?"

I replied "Yes...and no."

Just because you know the basics of tapping doesn't mean you know the best way to tap.

Don't get me wrong, the basics are very powerful, but there are things we can do to get even more out of our tapping sessions.

So today I have 3 things you can do before tapping to maximize your success. They are simple ways to think about the tapping (with tapping scripts) that will speed the healing process.

Listen to them here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9848

I would love hear how these approaches work for you.

As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful,

Gene
