Good morning!

I hope the photos above give you a little lift. I took them on my trip to North Eastern Wyoming and wanted to share them with you.

It has been so good to take a break from big city life and enjoy nature in a beautiful place.

On to this week’s resource.

We know that the more specific we can be with what we are tapping on, the faster we will see results but sometimes we can’t see a clear place to start.

Our issue is either so big that it has many emotions attached to it or it has developed over a long time so when we tap it feels like we are chasing too many different threads and never make significant progress.

This is problematic in two ways: we don't see meaningful results AND we are demotivated to try tapping for the issue another time.

In this week’s audio EFT Master Lindsay Kenny explains the tapping tree and how it can be applied to complicated issues and to those with many aspects.

Not only does she explain the approach, but you will have the chance to hear me using it to tap through one of my own issues.

After hearing Lindsay's explanation you’ll be able to use this straightforward tool again and again.

As always, let me know how I can be helpful by replying to this email,
