I frequently hear clients complain about using the traditional EFT setup phrase "Even though I have this issue, I love and accept myself."

The setup phrase isn’t a necessity for a successful round of EFT, but it’s often very useful.

I have found that part of the resistance clients have to using the phrase is because they don't like saying those exact words.
