Good Morning!

In the last few weeks I have been spending a lot of time thinking about what holds me back from achieving certain goals I really want in my life.

I have thinking about this in terms of my personal life, my health, and my work life.

I have come to two conclusions.

First, there is one thing in common with all my issues. It is not a limiting belief. It is not some past trauma. It isn't an issue that I haven't tapped for.

It is ME!

That's right. I am the one thing in common with all my issues. I am always there. I am always apart of the equation.

Read about how I came to that realization and how I am tapping for it daily right here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9935

Second, I can now see that there are times when I am much more successful than I believed. It turns out that because of the way I perceive my goals and create expectation I am actually disempowering myself, rather than moving forward.

So today I have a short audio (and tap-along!) explaining how to use goals in the most productive way.

Listen and tap with me here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9944

Because I have come to the realization I talk about in these two resources I have been able to eliminate a habit that I have been fighting with since 2004.

I would love to hear how these ideas relate to your own experience and life.

As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful,

Gene

The Root Of My Issues - A good place to start when trying to make changes in our life is to look at the one thing all of our issues have in common: us. In this article I explore my understanding of how I contribute to my problems and how best to tap for them.
